Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Omnierick (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Services Description
Omnierick provides content production, distribution, and social media management services for founders and personal brands. Our services include but are not limited to video production, content strategy, social media management, event coverage, and interview production.
3. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. Payment terms, scheduling, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal provided prior to the commencement of work. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and deliverables created by Omnierick remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, a license to use the deliverables will be granted as outlined in the project agreement. Omnierick retains the right to use all work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to locations, talent, materials, and approvals necessary for the successful completion of projects. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines or additional fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omnierick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. Any deposits or advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
